Our clients were at a turning point in their business and were looking for a new brand design and fresh image to give them a fresh marketing approach. The design brief was simple. They needed a logo design which would appear modern and fresh, but was simple enough to really stand the test of time.
Our premium logo package creates 6 original logo concepts and allows for unlimited drafts. Our 6 concepts all showed a very different approach to the new branding, providing our clients with the widest possible choice of presentations. They immediately picked one out of the bunch which they felt was ideal for the new way they wanted the business to look. Through multiple drafting stages this logo design was polished by our logo designers and sent to the customer in a number of file formats for them to use for more or less anything that they required.
Business Card Design
Our clients were so happy with the logo design that they then wanted a new set of Business Cards to establish the new look with existing customers and allow the sales team to take a fresh approach to existing leads. They wanted something original but not outlandish which would appear clean, sharp and professional. We chose a portrait business card format and printed them on a 350gsm card with lamination to both sides for a high-end finish. Having established a fresh look, next on our clients list was a new website to take their fabulous new brand online. The company works with some of the largest brands in the UK so they needed something unique and professional yet simple to navigate, leading visitors directly to the product information they need.
We bespoke designed the website around the product information to make sure it was fluid and easy to navigate. It was built onto a content management system so our clients would have the freedom to upload, remove and tweak the site as they require with no extra charges. This not only future-proofed the website, but also provided plenty of latest news and new information for Google to index, helping their search rankings.
Once the website was up and running, our client wanted individual product brochures for sales people and customers to be able to download or browse at their leisure.
Having created a strong new brand with the website, we adapted this look to work across the product brochures with a unique colour used for each product range. Each brochure following a universal format and style to help establish the new company ‘look’ and ensure that all brochures were easy for customers to follow and find the information they needed.
Every product brochure was printed on a short print run, providing the sales team with information they could easily hand to existing clients and new leads. They were also created as online brochures available from the company website. With a unique web link to each brochure, salespeople could point enquirers directly to the information they required.
Email Newsletter Design
Although the customer was keen on a direct mail campaign using an existing mailing list, we advised that e-mail marketing may be a quicker, cheaper and more effective way to establish the new brand and provide new product information directly to interested customers.
The sales team were advised to collect opt-in customer contact information at all the exhibitions and shows attended during the main signage events. This emailing list created a great start to a regular e-mail campaign which could grow as new email addresses are added.
Finally, we created a unique HTML email template with direct links to online brochures for the company which was flexible enough to be used in regular email campaigns to contacts. We also managed the mailing out of campaigns and also provided a detailed report each time with open rates, bounce rates and precise information on which customers clicked through to view brochures.
