Every design we do goes through the following drafting and consultation stages. This process is designed to produce exactly what you need as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. If, however, you feel that these stages may be a little restrictive, we are always happy to provide an individual quote for a more indepth service.
DESIGN BRIEF
We create a brief by finding out exactly what you are looking for. We try to learn as much as possible about the business and your target customers to make sure the designs we produce fit the bill perfectly. Any specific text or graphics you'd like in the design must be supplied to us at this stage to guarantee inclusion.
DRAFT
We create an initial draft to give a good impression of what you can expect from the finished design.
DRAFT CONSULATION
We show you the draft. At this stage we are happy to make any changes you would like. This is the opportunity to suggest and make significant alterations to our design without any extra charges. We will not, however, completely start a design again unless it specifically counters what we discussed at the design brief.
FINAL DRAFT
After making all the changes you requested, we produce a final draft. This design will be as close as possible to what you can expect of the final item
FINAL CONSULATION
We show you the final draft. At this stage we can make any minor changes to the design you would like. If you would like to make any major changes at this stage, we may need to charge extra.
FINAL AMMENDMENTS
We make all the amendments you requested
FINAL SIGN-OFF
We present you with the final design and ask you to 'sign it off' to show that you are happy with it and that it contains no mistakes. We never print or publish anything that you haven't personally approved.
