We’ve been busy over the last month or so on a rebrand of Add Design and the design and development of a new website.
As advocates of all things ‘design’ we felt it was time for a refresh of our own brand for something simpler and clearer that will work better online, on mobile and on tablet and of course in print. With positivity being in our DNA and also part of our name, we have simplified the positive element with our new choice of logo, we hope you like it. Whilst we were at it, we have also bought our branding inline with our parent company Hughes & Co Design so there is more a a family resemblance – which seemed to be the logical thing to do.
As for our website, well we have been promoting the need for clients to migrate to responsive websites as more and more users are viewing websites on mobiles and tablets. Responsive websites reflow and scale content to give the user the best experience no matter what device they are using – no more zooming into tiny pages on your phone. We have also simplified the navigation so you can find things more easily and brought our online services into the one website. Finally, we migrated the site into the latest version on WordPress so that we can change content more easily ourselves and also work on our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) more easily to get better Google search page position.
